The Opportunity

You will serve as Enterprise Field Marketing Manager for Hong Kong and Taiwan. Your role involves developing and optimizing marketing plans that build pipeline and revenue for the enterprise business. You will be part of the Asia Field Marketing team and partner with field sales, marketing, and regional teams including campaign, content, and digital marketing.

You are an experienced, hands-on marketing leader with limitless energy, ideas, and a passion for producing results. You maintain a growth-focused attitude and succeed in a fast-evolving, dynamic environment. You are self-directed and continually striving to set a high standard!

What you’ll do: Planning:

  • Build annual and quarterly marketing plans to meet pipeline and bookings goals.

  • Partner with Sales to develop territory plans that drive customer outcomes.

  • Own quarterly execution plans to deliver high‑quality customer programs.

Campaigns:

  • Collaborate with regional and field marketing to deliver impactful, measurable customer experiences.

  • Work closely with Sales to drive event/program participation and strong follow‑up.

  • Project‑manage local programs end‑to‑end, including briefing, segmentation, content, and reporting.

Results:

  • Deliver insights, analysis, and reporting on all programs.

  • Manage and optimize the demand funnel—ensure efficient lead flow and nurture through to sales progression.

  • Introduce new marketing approaches, processes, and optimizations to better connect with customers

What you'll need to succeed:

  • 10 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience in software or technology, with a track record of engaging global multinational corporations.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (Cantonese a plus), with the ability to influence across senior stakeholders and matrixed organizations.

  • Strong strategic and analytical capability to understand market dynamics, translate insights into action, and measure impact.

  • Proven leadership and project management skills, able to prioritize, multitask, and deliver results in fast-paced, evolving environments.

  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
