As a Sr. Staff Business Systems Analyst, you’ll operate at the crossroads of technology and business strategy, leading complex, cross-functional efforts that affect our growth worldwide. This role goes beyond traditional support—you’ll be a strategic partner influencing system architecture, process transformation, and digital modernization across enterprise platforms. You’ll work closely with global collaborators, architects, engineers, and senior leaders to develop solutions that support NVIDIA’s next growth phase. What you'll be doing:

Partner with business units and IT teams to define strategic requirements and translate them into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Lead complex cross-functional initiatives driving digital transformation and process optimization across enterprise applications.

Collaborate with global stakeholders, architects, and engineers to design and deploy world-class systems supporting NVIDIA’s core business functions.

Ensure alignment to timelines, budgets, and high-quality deliverables.

Deliver a seamless user experience grounded in build thinking principles.

Manage stakeholders effectively, negotiate trade-offs in requirements, and align priorities to business value.

Gather continuous feedback and leverage data-driven insights and strong analytical skills to inform strategic decisions.

Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
What we need to see:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

A minimum of 8 years of experience in business systems analysis, with a proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale enterprise applications.

Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and complete flawlessly.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside global teams and senior leadership.

Technical proficiency in AI-powered enterprise solutions, advanced analytics platforms, and enterprise application integration.

Ambitious, self-motivated, and capable of growing in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD for Level 4, and 168,000 USD - 270,250 USD for Level 5.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
