About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Systems Architect to lead and drive power solutions for NVIDIA products, ensuring reliable solutions for the short-term engineering designs and developing new power solutions for the long-term roadmap. This role covers all NV product families, including datacenter, networking, PCIe, automotive, and Shield.

Responsibilities

  • Propose, design, and execute power solution projects for ongoing product designs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Define, analyze, simulate, and drive new power architectures, developing optimal solutions for future products to meet roadmap requirements
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in power architecture and implementation, ensuring the delivery of optimal, reliable, and cost-effective solutions
  • Work with internal stakeholders to align technical plans and collaborate with industry partners to develop multi-source solutions, ensuring seamless coordination and on-time schedules
  • Present technical insights and progress updates to the team in regular meetings, hold technical deep-dive meetings with industry partners and vendors, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry advancements

Qualifications

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of relevant working experience
  • Strong knowledge and career background in Power Electronics, including AC/DC, DC/DC, HVDC, and HDVR solution, Power Semiconductor, Magnetics, and capacitor technology
  • Expertise in system power architecture and design
  • Demonstrate technical expertise and leadership in product design and roadmap development
  • Deliver high-quality results on time and meet product requirements

Compensation and Benefits

NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
