Want to build innovative solutions with groundbreaking tech? We are seeking a strategic operator to product and program manage the development of NVIDIA’s agentic, personalized, socratic learning solution.
The ideal candidate will partner across teams to drive data ingestion, agent roadmap development, model evaluation, and ecosystem integration. They will work closely with Legal, Sec Ops, engineering, and external partners to ensure the solution is enterprise-ready for external deployment. They will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable learner impact at global scale and establish feedback mechanisms that advise retraining, optimization, and roadmap decisions. What you’ll be doing:

Lead end-to-end program management for AI agents, from concept through deployment

Own data preparation, ingestion pipelines, and readiness for model training and evaluation

Define agent functionality roadmap in partnership with engineering and business leaders

Design and operationalize structured feedback loops to support model evaluation, retraining, and agent optimization

Integrate internally developed agents into the broader agentic ecosystem

Drive cross-functional alignment with Legal, Sec Ops, and partner teams to ensure scalability, security, and compliance
-
Coordinate execution across training team to ensure agent effectiveness and learner impact
-
Establish measurable success metrics for agent performance, adoption, and learning outcomes
-
Communicate clearly with senior leaders on progress, tradeoffs, and decisions
What we need to see:
-
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
-
12 years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or platform delivery within a technology environment
-
Experience leading AI/ML-adjacent programs, data pipelines, or agent-based systems
-
Solid grasp of data workflows, model evaluation processes, and improvements guided by user responses
-
Proven track record to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across engineering, legal, security, and business teams
-
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
-
Experience scaling agentic AI solutions or agent-based systems within training teams of large enterprises
-
Hands-on experience with model feedback loops, evaluation frameworks, or AI lifecycle management
-
Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and deployment readiness
-
Track record of delivering AI solutions with measurable learner impact
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
