About the team

The sourcing team is the engine behind Nu’s leadership growth. We are responsible for identifying and engaging the architects of our future. Our focus is on

Tech functions,Executive (C-level, VP, Director)OR Enterprise/Corporate

functions (Finance, Legal, People, Compliance, and Business Development), driving efficiency through: -Executive Market Intelligence: Mapping the global landscape of leadership talent and understanding the movement of high-level executives across the Fin Tech and Enterprise sectors.

  • High-Touch Talent Analytics: Analyzing the quality and conversion of executive pipelines, ensuring we engage the right leaders for Nu’s long-term global strategy.

  • Strategic Market Mapping: Identifying specialized "hunting grounds" for corporate excellence and creating exclusive, diverse talent pools of high-impact passive candidates.

In this position, you will:

  • Target Executive Talent: Identify, map, and engage senior leaders and specialized corporate professionals capable of navigating complex, regulated global environments.

  • Advise Senior Stakeholders: Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions and organizational design.

  • Master Personalized Outreach: Craft bespoke, highly professional engagement strategies for passive executive talent, ensuring a premium candidate experience from the first touchpoint.

  • Execute Global Mappings: Build robust market maps and cluster data on competitors and peer companies to identify top-tier talent in Finance, Legal, Operations, and other Enterprise functions.

  • Manage Complexity: Balance the urgency of corporate needs with the discretion and long-term relationship-building required for executive-level recruitment.

  • Drive Diversity at the Top: Proactively build diverse leadership pipelines, ensuring Nu’s executive layer reflects the diversity of our global customer base.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Solid background in** Tech sourcing**,Executive Search or Corporate/Enterprise Sourcing (Finance, Legal, G&A, or Business functions) on a global scale.

  • Executive Presence: Exceptional ability to communicate and build rapport with high-level stakeholders and C-suite candidates.

  • Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in using market data, compensation trends, and talent mapping tools to build autonomous strategies for leadership pipelines.

  • Discretion & Influence: Ability to handle confidential information and influence senior decision-makers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Fluent English: Essential for global collaboration and executive engagement across regions.
