Title and Summary
Sr. Specialist, Talent Acquisition
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Sr. Tech Talent Acquisition specialist with a track record of success to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Tech Talent Acquisition you'll play a critical role in supporting the growth of our technology initiatives. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring teams, and recruit for experienced-level positions across North America.

Lead and deliver a seamless search process that effectively attracts, assesses, and closes the best technical talent possible.

Develop tailored recruiting strategies for each client group and execute them by utilizing knowledge of internal and external talent pools to generate a robust and diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.

Build a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the People & Capability organization.

When necessary, partner with Total Rewards to develop and communicate compensation packages to final candidates, considering pertinent external market data, internal equity, and skills and experiences brought to the role by the selected candidate.

Drive inclusive hiring practices across the talent acquisition lifecycle.

Stay informed of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market conditions to effectively target top talent.

All About You
-
Deep experience in technology recruitment, with a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across roles such as, but not limited to, Software Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Technical Program Managers, and Technical Product Managers in a corporate or search firm environment.

Knowledge of modern technical stacks, including frameworks, languages, and tools commonly used in software development, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, and product management.

Act as a trusted partner to both hiring managers and candidates by demonstrating an understanding of engineering principles and trends.

Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A high degree of business acumen and comfortability in dealing with ambiguity.

Experience fostering collaborative working relationships advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Knowledge of employment laws as well as associated human resources and hiring practices.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Highly proficient with all Microsoft Office products particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with Workday ATS is preferred, but not required.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Mastercard benefits for interns generally include: 56 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time; jury duty leave; and on-site fitness facilities in some locations.

O'Fallon, Missouri: $85,000 - $132,000 USD
