Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a *Manager Facilities Operations and Integration 2 *to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is located on site in Melbourne, FL.

The successful candidate will lead a team that focuses on:

• Coordinate with Divisions, Programs, and Functions to review current space utilization and forecast future demand

• Acts as primary facilities contact for new requests, gathers and validates requirements, and proposes potential solutions

• Will serve as lead for the Site's Space Utilization and Requirements (SPUR) Board

• Develops and maintains a site master plan in coordination with Facilities Site Lead

• Directs and Utilizes AutoCAD to design, plan and integrate construction drawings with as built drawings

• Manages and oversees all Facilities record drawings and maintains an accurate current state database

• Develops drawings and other deliverables to support planning scenarios which may be generated internally by Facilities Management or other company requests

• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans, budgets and schedules

• Identifies problems and develops solutions such as allocation of resources or changing project scope

• Maintains Archibus Integrated Workplace Management System, updates floor plans and keeps employee location data current including move coordination

• Reviews and maintains file systems and data management

• Continuously monitors company forecasts and updates long range Facilities plans accordingly

• Continuously monitors building occupancy data, including physical audits of spaces

• Assists with the Capital and Indirect AOP/LRSP process

• Acts as the main focal point for furniture rearrangements, including availability of stock material

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of Facilities experience OR a Master's Degree with 5 years of Facilities experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and special program access a necessary to meet business requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering, architectural or facilities related field

• Experience working in an architectural or facilities related field

• In depth knowledge of Building Codes

• Proficiency in Integrated Workplace Management Software

• Archibus Preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as MS PowerPoint, Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Project

• Active Do

Salary Range: $111,700.00 - $167,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
