This position is part of the FN BBN TOP DevOps team, which defines and implements the digital architecture for key R&D areas in support of a business transformation to achieve product development acceleration/continuous delivery on the longer term.
The DevOps Continuous Integration Technical Specialist contributes to the FN BBN DevOps enablement roadmap implementation following the priorities set by the DevOps transformation leader. He or she will be responsible for optimizing the s/w integration & test flows within FN BBN. Cooperation with product delivery units and service teams is a key part of the job.
As an expert, he or she will innovate or leverage DevOps practices and tools introduced by other BUs and explore new possibilities provided by Open-Source SW.

You have:

• Strong programming skills in at least one OOP language (Python, Groovy, Java, etc.).
• Solid understanding of UNIX/Linux concepts and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, including advanced pipeline and shared library concepts.
• Experience with Maven build systems and dependency management.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with monitoring and visualization tools (Grafana or equivalent).

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Exposure to Elasticsearch/Open Search and Kibana for logging and analytics.
• Knowledge of Robot Framework automation.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Helm).

NIFN2026

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science (or similar engineering discipline) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of software engineering/Devops experience
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins(including scripted, declarative, and shared library pipelines).
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate and optimize Maven-based build systems and toolchains.
• Containerize applications and services using Docker and orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes (K8s) clusters.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across builds, environments, and applications with a structured and analytical approach.
• Develop automation scripts and tools using Python, Groovy, Java, or similar OOP languages (any one preferable).
• Monitor system performance and reliability using tools such as Grafana and proactively address issues.
• Collaborate with automation teams to integrate test automation frameworks (e.g., Robot Framework) into CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage and analyze logs using Elasticsearch/Open Search and Kibana.
