Senior Professional, Brand Marketing Training, Spain
Based in Barcelona, you will be part of the Spanish marketing team, supporting how Nike brings its Sport Offense to life across the country. This role plays an important part in shaping how Nike shows up for athletes in Training, connecting with youth, sport and culture, and delivering meaningful brand storytelling on the ground.
As Senior Professional, Brand Marketing Training, you will help amplify Nike’s Concept Map through locally relevant executions, support pinnacle brand moments, and ensure our sport vision shows up powerfully across Training and Agile. You will contribute sharp consumer insights that help inform broader Spain, EMEA and Global strategies.
Who you’ll work with
You will work fluidly across the Spain marketing team and collaborate cross‑functionally with key partners including Sports Marketing and Consumer Insights, all in service of athletes across the territory.
You will also build and manage relationships with key external partners — individuals, communities and organisations that best represent Nike’s brand values and help bring Training strategies to life locally.
This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, Training and Agile, Spain, and works closely with Geo and EMEA Brand Marketing partners.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a talented brand marketeer with a strong passion for training and sport, a curiosity for the young consumer, and an ability to uncover stories that inspire the next generation to move.
You bring a collaborative, cross‑functional mindset and are excited by working across brand, digital and retail marketing. You thrive in creative environments, contribute to a culture of innovation and inspiration, and embody Nike’s values. You are adaptable, eager to learn, and approach challenges with a positive growth mindset.
What You’ll bring:
-
A genuine passion for training, with interest or experience in the training marketplace, community or sport‑led brand environments.
-
Experience supporting brand and cross‑functional marketing work, with the ability to bring strategy to life through local executions.
-
An understanding of territory‑level consumers and training culture, with a desire to connect authentically with communities across Spain.
-
The ability to identify, build and manage relationships with external partners aligned to brand and sport objectives.
-
Comfort working in agile environments and adapting priorities as brand and business needs evolve.
-
A collaborative approach that values diverse perspectives and contributes positively to team culture.
-
Accountability and ownership, with a willingness to learn from feedback and continuously improve.
-
Clear communication skills and the ability to contribute ideas that help inspire action.
-
Curiosity and creativity to explore new ways of working and support innovative brand storytelling.
What you’ll work on
As Senior Professional, Brand Marketing Training, Spain, you will support the delivery of Nike’s Training point of view on the ground in Spain.
Core responsibilities include:
-
Supporting the identification of individuals, communities and organisations that align with Nike’s brand values and help bring Training strategies to life, and contributing to the ongoing management of these relationships.
-
Partnering with Geo Sport Brand Marketing teams to help amplify key Concept Map stories through on‑the‑ground executions, including pinnacle Nike brand moments and marketplace partner activations.
-
Helping manage local relationships to ensure consistent and authentic brand representation across the territory.
-
Gathering and sharing consumer insights to better serve athletes in Barcelona and across Spain, and feeding these insights back to EMEA and Global teams to inform future strategy.
-
Remaining agile across marketing priorities, supporting other functional or sport‑related work as needed to ensure strong execution of Nike’s most important brand and business moments.
