The role is a combination of Business Coordination and Merchandising, responsible for supporting NVS Merch team regarding merch information and reporting and executing consumer-centric merchandising strategy in Value Marketplace for Accessory, plan assortment, driving end-to-end result to ensure a healthy marketplace. Also to be the contact window of HK&TW coordination. The ideal candidate will have a sense of retail knowledge, be passionate about Accessory business and serving consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating & Reporting Ensure on time consistent, accurate delivery of Merchandising Information in Nike System at each gate.
- Provide merchandising reports to facilitate decision making.
- System and information maintenance & automation
- Coordinate and support HK&TW assortment and communication
- NVS Accessory Merchandising Execute merch strategy to drive the future of Value marketplace and Accessory’s vision.
- Execute buy plan: adopt, assort for seasonal Accessory.
- Drive end-to-end result: read and react to business on a weekly basis and cooperate with planning team to deliver target of revenue/margin/ST/inventory level; partner with cross functions to bring assortment to life.
- Franchise management: partner with planning to monitor, trade, and plan on key ACC franchise to ensure a healthy outlook of key ACC franchises.
- Provide product and consumer insights to Global and Geo merch to influence line-plans that meet Value essentials product needs.

Job Qualifications:
- Requires a minimum of 1+ years of work experience in merchandising or in direct retail; sport brand industry is a plus.
- Good execution, collaboration, problem-solving, strong willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Attention to detail and excellence in Office tools.
- Passion for Sports, keen on consumer / marketplace / product knowledge.
- Good communication / presentation skills and fluent in English / Mandarin.
- Strong growth mindset of self and business. Be honest and transparent, embrace challenges.
- Bachelor's degree
- Good Writing and Oral English Skill
