WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role will collaborate closely with Nike Trade & Customs team, Nike factory partners, Nike Partner Management Office (PMO), Logistics Service Provides (LSPs) and key partners across the Global Trade network at origin level for day-to-day operational execution and monitoring. This role will report to Manager, Origin Operations (based in Jakarta, Indonesia), and have a dotted line to Director, Trade & Customs (based in PHK campus, Beaverton, USA).
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate for the position of Analyst, Trade & Customs to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia, will possess the following key attributes:

Holds a bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade or relevant subject areas.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Trade & Customs related roles with a focus on the International Trade Industry, Free Trade Agreements, and Local Customs Operations and Compliance.

Has business knowledge of Indonesia Free Trade Agreements including Rules of Origin, Certificate of Origin (COO), and record keeping requirements.

Is familiar with export operations including customs process and requirements.

Possesses strong communication and collaboration skills to work with factories/Logistics Service Providers and Nike internal stakeholders.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will be part of the Origin Operations Control Tower team and a key partner for Trade & Customs Network for delivering reliable and consistent export operations across origins to all Geographies (GEOs) ensuring shipments move seamlessly across Nike supply chain according to established Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Service Level Agreement (SLA). The role will also be responsible for guiding factory partners to optimize Free Trade Agreement. Key responsibilities include and not limited to:

Support day-to-day operational activities and factory requests related to export/import operations and free trade agreement inquiries.

Support a diverse suite of free trade agreements, drive trade projects, foster factory partner collaboration, and implement process improvements.

Guide factory partner teams in Free Trade Agreement compliance requirements.

Serve as a local Customs & Trade Subject Matter across Footwear, Apparel & Accessories and Materials.

Support in-country issue resolution efforts.

Partner with Government & Public Affairs (GPA) on Trade & Customs engagements and establish relationships with local government authorities.
