WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Lead, Nike Sportswear Planning is a key member of the Nike Sportswear (NSW) Planning team and reports to the Senior Director, North American (NA) Nike Sportswear Planning. This role partners closely with the NA NSW Planning team and Enterprise Business Planning (EBP) partners across North America and Global to support operational execution and planning consistency.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a results‑oriented planner with strong organizational and analytical skills who can drive process consistency and support cross‑functional alignment. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training

Minimum 5 years of experience in business planning, enterprise planning, operations, or a related field

Experience supporting forecasting, process management, and performance tracking
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will support the programming cadence for NSW planning, own Operating Plans, facilitate Sport IBE sessions, and help ensure process consistency across monthly and seasonal planning. You will coordinate insights, consolidate key themes, and support reconciliation to targets.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting monthly Operating Planning activities

Facilitating Sport IBE sessions and managing the planning and programming cadence

Assisting with monthly and seasonal forecasting and franchise management
-
Consolidating and elevating insights, risks and opportunities, and recommended actions
-
Partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive process consistency and operational excellence

Supporting the activation and continued maturity of the EBP model as the organization evolves
