Job Summary

Job Description:

The Process Engineer will be based in Guadalajara North Campus. Will be responsible for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization.

What a regular day looks like:

• PCBA and Mechanical assembly process control and improvement;

• New product introduction and ramp up, and material issue handling;

• Customer and internal communication;

• Evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability;

• Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters;

• Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements;

• Evaluate and select various engineered materials;

• Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products;

• Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities;

• Develop manufacturing documents and review processing methods;

• Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer;

• Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.

Experience we are looking to add to our team:

• Full engineer experience in electronic industry (Process engineering).

• Bachelor or above degree.

• Experience in PCBA and mechanical assembly.

• Intermediate

• Advanced English communication.

• good at report editing capability.

• Have good communication skill with OEM customer.

• Familiar with FMEA, DOE, SPC application knowledge.

• Can use statistic method to analysis.
