To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Specialist - Supply Chain Solutions in Chennai, India.

What a typical day looks like:

• Exposure to Procurement & Finance domains.

• Experience in EMS, Retail, or Supply Chain industries.

• Experience with supplier collaboration platforms or automation tools.

• Drive and support the end‑to‑end implementation of a third‑party Supplier Collaboration Tool, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and business processes to enhance supplier connectivity and overall operational efficiency.

• Conduct comprehensive user training including webinars, live sessions, system demos, and interactive learning modules to drive adoption.

• Negotiate and convince suppliers to adopt collaboration tools and ensure smooth go‑live.

• Coordinate connection setup, testing, go‑live monitoring, root cause analysis, and issue resolution. Coordinate and perform UAT for enhancements and bug fixes.

• Provide continuous post‑go‑live support and troubleshoot failed transactions

• Create and update end‑user training documentation.

• Conduct presentations and training for project teams, suppliers and end‑users.

• Support Procurement Automation initiatives across global sites in alignment with corporate directives.

• Build and maintain reports and metrics related to supplier onboarding, and Transaction statuses.

• Interact periodically with procurement teams, site management, and global teams to communation.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Graduate degree (B.E‑MBA, B.Sc‑MBA, B.Com‑MBA, MCA, B.Tech, BE).

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience

• knowledge of ERP environments (Baan, LN, SAP, or similar).

• Experience with end‑to‑end supplier/customer implementation and handling EDI support projects will be added advantage

• Excellent English communication skills, especially in delivering training, conducting webinars, demos, and interactive sessions.

• Strong negotiation, documentation, requirement gathering, and gap analysis abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
