Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a HR Advisor located in Guadalajara, North.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Advisor will be responsible of driving solutions and actions for the business, employees, and HR teams by utilizing systems, tools, and data. Provide data and information analysis to help solve HR issues, ensuring these adhere to the organizations policies and objectives. Offer high-quality and timely support to employees, centers of expertise, managers and HRBP´s regarding HR matters.
What a typical day looks like:
- Facilitate insights and data intelligence for critical decision making.
- Owners of key HR data.
- Process execution under operational metrics (adhered to the standard operating procedures, meeting with the service level agreement)
- Performs and supports HR Core services in and out HR systems; like salary administration, compensation & benefits, time and attendance, drives problem-solving and negotiation efforts to resolve supply, scheduling, or material flow constraint.
- Drives for continuous improvement and motivates employees' engagement.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Lead and manage a direct team, ensuring effective people leadership with a balanced human and objective approach.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Proven experience in HR Operations or HR Advisory roles.
- Strong leadership experience with direct reports (mandatory).
- Advanced English proficiency (required).
- Solid experience managing Time & Attendance systems (Kronos highly preferred).
- Experience auditing pre-payroll processes and ensuring compliance.
- Experience managing HR projects and system implementations or transitions.
- Knowledge of HR metrics and workforce analytics.
- Experience supporting HR transactions in Workday (preferred).
- Exposure to automation and AI initiatives within HR is a strong plus.
- Availability to travel up to 40%
