Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara North, Campus.

Reporting to the Materials Manager, this role will be responsible for maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers and maintain outsources parts schedules.

What a typical day looks like:

• Opening of WOs according to revisions and ECOS implemented.
• Generate Shortage Report.
• Review shortage report with buyers and present a summary to the client.
• Demand analysis and upload.
• Analyze, request, and record approvals for MOQ and PPV excesses (PFAs – expediting fees).
• Control of Do Not Buy list.
• Analyze and apply Engineering Changes.
• Attend and participate in CFT meetings.
• Generate Excess and Obsolete Report and follow up.
• Update Production Plan – Capacity projection.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• MPA experience or similar position.
• NPI experience and transfers.
• English advance (spoken and written).
• CTB and procurement knowledge.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Customer service experience.
