The Team At Netflix, the mission of our ads business is to build a must-buy advertising solution where clients (marketers and agencies) can reach diverse audiences who are highly engaged with the breadth and quality of our content. The Ads Marketing team shapes our core advertising positioning and drives the go-to-market strategy to bring this positioning to life through compelling, differentiated messaging and activations. By activating these messages across both sales channels (presentations, materials) and broader non-sales channels, the team builds widespread awareness and excitement among our key advertising partners.
The Opportunity:
As the Ads Marketing Associate Manager, France based in Paris, you will play a crucial role in establishing Netflix Ads in the French market. You'll be responsible for strategizing and executing B2B marketing activities that drive brand recognition, align with sales objectives, and resonate with local advertisers. This role requires a proactive, versatile marketer with a firm grasp of the B2B landscape and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
Core Responsibilities: Always-On Agency Activation
Develop and maintain an always-on agency engagement strategy to ensure consistent and regular activation of key agency partners

Build and nurture strong relationships with agencies to position Netflix Ads as the leading advertising solution

Content Strategy

Own the localisation and adaptation of go-to-market sales materials, talking points, case studies, thought leadership and narratives that empower the Sales team are adapted for the French market

Ensure the sales team is equipped with up-to-date, relevant content to effectively engage advertising clients

Scaled Channels
-
Help identify and optimize scalable marketing channels to maximize reach and efficiency of our campaigns and initiatives

Collaborate closely with the EMEA Scaled Channels Manager to ensure alignment with global messaging while tailoring for local relevance

Client & Agency Engagement Touchpoints

Design and execute pre-, during-, and post-campaign or event touchpoints to sustain engagement with key clients and agencies

Ensure impactful representation at every stage of the client journey

Cross-functional Collaboration
-
Partner with teams across Communications, Ad Product Marketing, Research, and Marketing to maintain a unified ads narrative across all channels

Work hand-in-hand with global teams, including Sales, Market Activation, Measurement, Comms, Brand Partnerships, Consumer Marketing, Events, and PR, to support market initiatives and foster ongoing growth in France
Qualifications:
-
4 or more years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, digital advertising, or marketing communications.

Familiarity with the CTV, OTT, or streaming landscape is preferred.

Proven expertise in agency activation, narrative crafting, and collateral development.

Skilled in partnering with product marketing, enablement and sales teams to shape and communicate strategy, positioning, and messaging effectively.

Demonstrated ability to generate and implement creative ideas, collaborate with agencies, and manage multiple projects with precision under tight deadlines.

Experience developing a variety of content types—blog posts, case studies, presentations, creative assets, and thought leadership pieces—to advance marketing goals.

Strong aptitude for working in cross-functional environments, effectively aligning diverse stakeholders and scaling communications.

Fluent in English and French (both mandatory)
