The Role
With the incredible launch of our ad-supported model, we’re expanding choice for consumers and delivering a premium brand experience for advertisers. We’re looking for a Sales Partner based in Singapore to shape and execute our APAC sales strategy, with a focus on Chinese export advertisers and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Sales Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the sales strategy targeting global advertisers hubbed out of APAC with a focus on China export business
Client and Agency Development: Build, maintain, and grow relationships with key agencies, resellers, and advertisers to secure partnerships and drive revenue
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Ad Product, Marketing, Content, and Partnership Development teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns.
Revenue Target Achievement: Leverage Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings to deliver revenue targets and exceed client expectations
Market Monitoring and Innovation: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, to identify growth opportunities and inform product/packaging innovation
Minimum Requirements:
7+ years of experience in advertising (including sales) with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth
Experience working with Chinese export advertisers and agencies, especially on brand marketing, are highly desirable
Experience in TV, CTV, digital advertising sales, and programmatic a plus.
Established network and extensive experience working with agencies/resellers for the chinese export market
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Strong written and spoken Mandarin language skills for business communication; and proficiency in English required for cross-functional collaboration in regional and global setup
Additional Skills:
Strategic and analytical thinker with creative problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross‐functionally
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high standards
