• Implement SHE policy in the workplace and understand the occupational hazards and environmental impacts by actively participate in BBSHE submission to make a safe workplace.

• Join Shift Hand Over (SHO) in the beginning/end of the shift, performing Problem Solving tools and analysis, involve in any initiative program align with the area of responsibility, execute transaction properly & correctly related to the production process & transaction in the system

• Maintain synergistic relationships and coordination with internal and external departments

• Check the work area and take necessary actions (including informing superiors) if there are deviations so that Corrective Action can be taken immediately

• Establish Detail Daily Production Schedule(DPS) for Milk Powder Plant, by taking into consideration the given Master Production Schedule from DSP Planner including, coordination with Production team on agreement to produce, by ensuring the minimizing of production cost

• Coordinating with MRP Planner to ensure availability of RM/PM for production

• Manage daily details to ensures achivement in the agreed frozen volume and fulfillment of Production Planning

• Orchestrated and make scenarios on the timing of Maintenance required in production line (yearly maintenance and/or adhoc), to ensure that the needed production quantity can be produced to support Business requirement

• Become the window of communication for HO Technical, especially with Demand & Supply Planning Team in ensuring Business Requirement fulfillment as well as other concerns with regards of production matters

• Actively involved in the Inovation and Renovation (I&R) process, contributing in anticipating and mitigating potential issue in production timing on the I&R processes, discussed and getting agreement with Business and Suppliers on proposing scenario production to ensure the most minimal writeoff on the process,

• Manage Fresh Milk Intake and Absorbtion, by doing so keeping role as Coordinator with other DPS Planner, and managing the time of ""off production"" for those who absorb Fresh Milk

• Actively coordinating with co-manufacturing on the required bulk supply to support continuity of production in co-manufactuirng site

What will make you successful

• Bachelor Degree from Engineering

• Two or more years of relevant operational experience at market / business level is usefull, in at least one of following areas (Manufacturing/Production, Industrial Performance, Demand & Supply Planning or Inbound Material Management)
