Defines, leads manufacturing projects and initiatives into the Factory/area according to the factory priorities and ensures alignment between the Factory Leadership Team / Local Leadership Teams members; supports cross-fertilization of Manufacturing best practices, knowledge, standards and improvements across the factories

You will be the perfect candidate to rise to the challenges in this exciting role if you meet the following attributes:

• Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience.

  • CGPA of 3.2 and above.

  • A great team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Interest in having hands-on experience in FMCG industry.

  • Able to commit for minimum 12 months.
