We are looking for a passionate Senior Back End Software Engineer to join our growth PLG team in TLV, designing and developing core product features and services that power our app used by thousands of travelers on a daily basis using the latest cutting edge AI technologies . You will work closely with a set of talented engineers, product managers, designers to identify customer needs and build innovative solutions to solve them.

This is a very unique role which combines the small team feeling of a startup launching a brand new product, with the perks, opportunity size and impact of an established company.

What You’ll Do:

• Building out and leading the development of new impactful product features

• Ensure the quality of the features you built, follow-up on usage/issues post release

• Work closely with product and design team to deliver new features that align with the needs of the business

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other engineers on the team

• Contribute and drive frameworks that lead to significant user experience improvements

• Assist the team in understanding and adopting new technologies

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven programming experience 5+ years with Java

• Must

• Proven programming experience with Node.JS - Advantage

• Experience working with micro services

• Led and delivered complex projects from design phase to deployment and support

• Strong sense of ownership demonstrated through shipping production-quality code equipped with testing, monitoring and documentation

• Excellent communication skills working with stakeholders and domain experts across the company to design solutions to user problems
