We're seeking someone to join our Remote Access team as a Remote Access Product Owner to support our global team and help shape the future of remote access technologies including Citrix, Netscaler and Netskope.

This is a delivery-focused role where you'll support a senior Product Owner while bringing your own expertise, product insight, and industry knowledge to the table. You'll work across squads and fleets to remove blockers, prioritize work, and ensure our infrastructure platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Remote Access Product Owner position, which is part of the job family responsible for overseeing and leading the execution of multiple projects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Includes program management and related project support roles.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Collaborate with a senior Product Owner and Technical Chapter Leads to define and execute the strategy and roadmap for remote infrastructure products.

  • Working in a hybrid Agile environment, own and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.

  • Work closely with vendors to understand and help influence their roadmaps, manage contract renewals with other stakeholders and maintain day to day relationships and escalations.

  • Drive delivery across multiple squads, proactively identifying and resolving blockers.

  • Engage with stakeholders across infrastructure, security, and user experience teams.

  • Champion teamwork and continuous improvement across the Squads you support and the Product Owner Chapter.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product ownership, infrastructure operations management, or delivery roles.

  • Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.

  • A flexible attitude with the ability to operate, manage priorities and deliver results in a regulated hybrid agile operating environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Familiarity with Remote Access or similar infrastructure and/or services. Familiarity with Citrix, NetScaler, Netskope, or similar remote infrastructure technologies a strong plus.

  • Experience with Jira or similar tools is beneficial.

  • Background in infrastructure operations or project management is advantageous but not required.
