We're seeking someone to join our team as an Analyst in the offshore Legal and Compliance Department in Mumbai to provides support services to the onshore teams.

In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm's management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is an Associate level position within the Legal and Compliance division for Employee Trading and Investing Activities across New York, London, Tokyo and Hong Kong, this team provide advice and guidance to employees on their investing and outside activities.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Make sure Account related documentation is complete

  • Review employee personal account trades

  • Basic understanding of regulatory regime in different jurisdictions

  • Basic understanding of financial markets and products

  • Should be comfortable working with technology and the ability to provide solutions to enhance system efficiency

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Industry qualifications i.e. Graduate /Post Graduate / MBA

  • The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience preferably with experience in financial industry knowledge

  • Understanding the implications of risk involved

  • Strong Analytical and Communication skills

  • Attention to detail

Coverage

  • Monday to Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM

  • Periodic evening calls with US and EMEA internal clients
