We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director in ISG Equity Operations within Prime Brokerage Client Operations. This is a senior, hands on technical role, designed for an experienced operations professional who brings deep product and process expertise, a strong risk mindset, and a passion for delivering best in class client service. The successful candidate will operate as a trusted subject matter expert, partnering closely with global stakeholders to support complex operational processes across global markets.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is a Team Specialist position at Director level within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What you’ll do in the role:

As a Director within Prime Brokerage Client Operations, you will:

  • Execute and oversee complex operational processes across the full trade lifecycle, from execution through settlement
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Prime Brokerage Client Operations, supporting Equity and Fixed Income products
  • Investigate and resolve complex client and market breaks, driving root cause analysis and sustainable process improvements
  • Identify operational risk in day to day activities and escalate issues appropriately with clear, data driven recommendations
  • Partner closely with global stakeholders across Operations, Business Units, Technology, and Risk & Control
  • Contribute to and support global projects and change initiatives, with a strong focus on disciplined execution
  • Provide clear, timely reporting and insights to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Ensure operational procedures are accurate, current, and consistently adhered to
  • Manage client facing operational activities, including trade amendments, client queries, and reporting within agreed service levels

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Strong understanding of the end to end trade lifecycle, from execution through settlement
  • Proven experience within Client Operations, including break and fails management
  • Demonstrated ability to design, assess, and implement operational procedures and controls
  • Deep subject matter expertise with the ability to balance client requirements against firm risk and control standards
  • Ability to operate independently, set priorities, and resolve complex, non standard issues with minimal supervision
  • Strong risk awareness and control mindset
  • Experience supporting or delivering operational projects and change initiatives
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with global stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Typically, 2+ years of relevant experience required; materially more experience expected at Director level
