Manager, Product Development, Fund Services
We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Manager who will Drive end-to-end project delivery for portfolio accounting initiatives. Gather requirements, facilitate design reviews, and manage rollout plans including QA, user testing, and staff training. Act as the first line of user support for products, track client issues, and prioritize post-implementation enhancements. Coordinate across global business and technology teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.

The Product Development team is the engine at the heart of our MSFS technology ecosystem, ensuring our platforms perform seamlessly for clients and colleagues every day while leading transformative changes across our business. Through the team’s deep partnership with our Technology department, they are reimagining how we work and how clients and their investors engage with MSFS. This team enables breakthrough innovation and an elevated user experience. Product Development is also at the forefront of adopting advanced technologies, including robotics and artificial intelligence, to deliver greater scale, efficiency, and operational excellence for MSFS and its stakeholders.
What you’ll do in the role:
Manage and implement strategic priorities for Portfolio Accounting platform.
Lead requirement gathering, testing, system rollouts, data conversion, and integration projects.
Provide user support, track issues, and manage enhancement requests post-implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations
What you’ll bring to the role:
Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and hedge fund accounting (Valuation, Reconciliation, OTCs, etc.).
Experience implementing fund terms and understanding accountancy principles.
Proven track record in requirements gathering, testing, and system rollouts.
Familiarity with digital solutions such as robotics, automation, data analytics, and visualization.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders for prioritization and tracking.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Experience working in globally distributed teams and complex matrix environments.
CA/MBA/CFA/Engineer with 5+ years of experience, including 2–3 years in process improvement or project management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint, Access).
Knowledge of databases and project management tools (JIRA, Rally, etc.).
Understanding basic Gen AI concepts and usage is a plus.
