As a Lead Solutions Analyst in compliance, you will work within a dynamic team to deliver technology-driven change. You will act as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, designers, and software developers. Your role involves understanding business processes, collecting and analyzing data, and providing strategic insights to support business initiatives. You will navigate ambiguity, manage change, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure excellence in service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business processes and requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects
- Model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure
- Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives
- Mentor and guide team members in the application of mapping and analytical reasoning skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and data application, including hands-on experience with major data visualization platforms
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, with experience in developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights
- Ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutions
- Strong ability to lead through change, navigate ambiguous situations, and manage dependencies in complex projects
- Experience applying these skills to deliver successful technology solutions
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience collaborating with UX and design colleagues, combining analysis and business process engineering with journey mapping
