You will optimize sales with our customers through the instore activations of our products, promotions and displays. You will deliver our field KPIs and annual objectives.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle.
- Monitor shelf and assortment.
- Expose campaigns and search for best locations in stores.
- Perform required administrative tasks.
- Optimize the use of our point-of-sales material.
- Be the customer's first choice of supplier.
- Create exposure in stores.

- Previous merchandising experience (preferred)
- Confident with good interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with a drive to achieve set goals
- Computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills
O Aprendiz de Merchandising apoia a execução das estretégias de exposição e organização de produtos no ponto de vendas, garantindo que a marca esteja bem apresentada e alinhada às orientações comerciais.
O objetivo é aprender na prática os processos de merchandising, desenvolvendo noções de exposição estratégica, relacionamento com loja e execução no varejo. E claro, prepara-los para futuras vagas de promotores.
- Organização e reposição de produtos nas gôndolas;
- Verificação de validade e garantir a precificação correta;
- Auxiliar no recolhimento de produtos sem condições de venda (fora do prazo de validade);
- Apoio na montagem de materiais de merchandising (displays, ilha, pontas de gôndola);
- Acompanhamento de estoque no PDV;
- Registro de informações básicas (ruptura, concorrência, pesquisas, fotos);
- Organizar as mercadorias para inventário;
- Apoiar o promotor em loja;
- Suporte ao promotor ou supervisor da área.
