About the role:
Responsible within the Marketing area for all activities related to Boutique and Wholesale VM, including planning, budgeting, campaign execution, maintenance of regular SKU displays, as well as tracking results and managing the department’s budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and update the VM calendar according to F&B priorities;
  • Develop VM for Boutiques and Wholesale doors based on the brand’s Global Guidelines, including niche displays, windows, video content, and product fixtures;
  • Adapt VM structures for local activations;
  • Ability to use ERP systems, Creative Cloud (Photoshop, In Design, and Illustrator), and Sketch Up for visual development and handling;
  • Responsible for managing VM materials, from forecasting and importation to local inventory control;
  • Responsible for the department’s budget management, planning, and approval flow;
  • Build strong partnerships with store teams to support sales goals through organization, aesthetics, and visual consistency aligned with the brand identity;
  • Frequent follow-up with boutiques to ensure VM maintenance and identify development opportunities;
  • Focus on improving product display functionality to enhance the customer experience at the point of sale;
  • Availability for monthly business travel across other States;
  • Manage external suppliers;
  • Develop new supplier relationships.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

  • Preferably a degree in Marketing, Events, Advertising, or Communications;
  • Organization;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Good creative judgment;
  • Ability to react quickly to changes;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to collaborate with different internal teams;
  • Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).
