You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales including processing of data.
- Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes.
- Support the revision/development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes including the provision in suitable media.
- Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales as well as various internal departments and external service providers.
- Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities.

What you need to know about this position:

Automatizar bases de datos y procesos clave del canal mayoreo. Implementando soluciones que mejoren la eficiencia, calidad y precisión de la información.

Desarrollar y diseño de dashboards e informes interactivos ad hoc al canal mayorista en herramientas como Power Apps y Power BI con alto nivel de automatización y enfoque estratégico.

Realizar análisis profundos de datos de ventas, agotamiento de stock y otras métricas clave para identificar tendencias, patrones y oportunidades. Asegurar la integridad y la calidad de los datos empresariales.

Traducir datos complejos en información clara y accionable para el equipo comercial, facilitando su comprensión y uso estratégico en la toma de decisiones.

Establecer un contacto cercano con el equipo de ventas, desde directivos hasta representantes, para comprender sus necesidades, proporcionarles las herramientas de análisis necesarias y presentar hallazgos clave.
Education / Certifications: Lic. Administración / Negocios o a fines.
Job specific requirements:
-
1-2 años de experiencia en desarrollo de dashboards e informes interactivos y análisis de datos, preferentemente en el sector de consumo masivo. (Necesario)

Conocimiento y experiencia con Power Apps, Power BI y otras herramientas de automatización (modelado de datos, DAX, visualizaciones).

Conocimiento de principios de automatización de procesos.

Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Office (Excel y PowerPoint). (Necesario)

Experiencia en la gestión y participación en proyectos (Preferente)

Experiencia demostrable en el análisis de información relacionada con el canal mayorista (Preferente pero no indispensable).

Conocimiento de inteligencia artificial (AI) es un plus.

Fuerte capacidad analítica y pensamiento crítico.

Atención al detalle y rigor en manejo de datos.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.

Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en equipo y colaborar con diferentes departamentos.
