We are looking for motivated people to join our Trainees Program! In this program, you will have the opportunity to join to one of our amazing departments:

• Marketing
• Trade Marketing
• Category Planning
• Sales

Please note that when applying, you will be allocated to one specific area during the recruitment process.

You might be the one we are looking for if…

• You are recently graduated or already graduated with a recent degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Economy, Marketing, Management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

• Good analytical skills

• Planning and organizations skills

• Interest of FMCG market and commercial area

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Proactivity, looking for new opportunities, taking initiative and problem solving

• Languages: Portuguese highly relevant | English mandatory | Spanish as a plus

Our application process:

Our application process will be held in English, so it is important that your CV is submitted accordingly.

This process will have several phases: Application, Online Assessment, Interview and Office Day.

• Benefits:

Paid internship (950€ gross /monthly + 9,5€/daily meal allowance)

• 22 days off per year + 3 days given by Mondelez

• Hybrid work (50% remote work)

• Flexible working hours

• Underground parking

Because, every day, we work in an international environment, the selection process will be in English. Please ensure you submit your CV in ENGLISH.
