You play an important role in the new department, responsible for Eco Fee calculations for the countries across EU.

You will work with SAP for packaging volumes and cost calculations, keep the submission deadlines, ensure the correctness of SAP system attributes, as well as data accuracy.

You will be in close collaboration with the counties in scope, acting as main point of contact for any Eco Fee related topics.

What you need to know about this position:

• Eco Fee (Recycling Administration) Data Analyst will be key contributor in countries Еco Fee reports and analyses scope in MEU Eco Fee business.
• Running Eco Fee (Recycling Administration) SAP Reports within the fixed deadlines, including the required quality checks for 28 countries in EU region
• Ensuring correctness of Eco Fee declarations, including SAP attributes in line with countries legal requirements.
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis (cost & volume), identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
• Provide forecasts, support internal and external audits.
• Co-ordinating SAP configurations updates if needed. Close communication with Country contacts, initiated the updates and MDLZ Support team.
• Close communication with all parties, involved in Eco Fee process, such as Eco Fee Data analysts, Country contacts, Support Team, etc.
• Initiating Eco Fee invoice payments, where needed
• Responsible for the continuous improvement of the existing process and control points

Education / Certifications:

• University degree is an advantage.

Job specific requirements:

• Analytical skills. Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from systems and data
• Strong communication skills
• Microsoft Excel very good knowledge
• Fluent English
• SAP knowledge (or similar) is an advantage.
