We’re looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and scaling of our partner programs. This role will be crucial in building a structured, high-impact reseller/distributor channel that drives partner-sourced revenue, expands market reach, and strengthens market adoption of our products.

You’ll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Enablement, Product, and Finance to design and operationalize a world-class partner program that empowers partners to sell, market, and support our solutions effectively.

Program Strategy & Execution

  • Design, launch, and scale the reseller & distributor program from 0→1 and beyond — including partner tiers, incentives, benefits, and requirements.
  • Build scalable processes, playbooks, resources, and enablement frameworks to ensure partners are positioned for success.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize partner performance metrics (pipeline, revenue, activations, retention).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to institute co-selling motions, clear handoffs, and effective partner support systems.

Assistance in Partner Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Work with legal on leading contract negotiation and onboarding process with support from Legal and Sales operations.

  • Execute onboarding programs that set partners up with knowledge, tools, and confidence to start selling quickly.

  • Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS partner programs, channel management, alliances, or GTM operations.

  • Demonstrated track record designing, launching, and growing reseller/distributor programs or channels.

  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to execute end-to-end programs, from strategy to delivery.

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating cross-functionally with executives and external partners.

  • Experience in sales enablement, recruitment, joint GTM planning, and performance tracking.

  • Data-driven with comfort setting KPIs, forecasting, and reporting to leadership.

Bonus / Preferred

  • Experience working with global partners or distributors across regions.
  • Familiarity with partner platforms and partner enablement tools.
  • Experience partnering closely with direct sales and co-sell environments.
