We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run.

Our platform powers ~245,000 companies worldwide, helping teams work smarter, scale faster, and reimagine how work gets done. With 2,500+ people across the globe, we grow through transparency, collaboration, and a culture that values impact over hours. We support our people with flexible work, wellness benefits, and a strong sense of ownership and initiative.

Since launching monday CRM in 2022, we’ve grown to 25,000+ paying accounts (and 30,000+ active users), making it one of the** fastest-growing CRMs** on the market. Our dedicated CRM organization already includes 100+ team members across product, design, and R&D, and in 2025, we’re expanding with new tools and AI-powered features that will transform how companies sell.

We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Product Designer to lead the design vision for our mobile app experience. You’ll be the go-to mobile design expert within our team, owning and shaping how managers use monday on the go.

This role is a unique chance to redefine the mobile experience from the ground up, focusing on how executives and team leads interact with monday in fast-paced, decision-making contexts. With the rise of AI, mobile is becoming an even bigger opportunity space, and we’re looking for someone who can spot these opportunities and design groundbreaking solutions.

Because you’ll be the sole mobile designer on the team, strong communication and collaboration skills are critical. You’ll work in close partnership with our mobile platform team and R&D, aligning on vision, sharing best practices, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience across the app.

This is not "just another mobile design role.” You’ll be the sole mobile design owner in our team, with the chance to reshape how monday.com serves its mobile users-especially managers who rely on fast, clear, and actionable insights on the go.

With AI opening massive opportunities in mobile, you’ll be at the forefront of defining how work happens on phones in the years to come. It’s a role that combines startup-like ownership and influence with the backing and scale of a global company.

  • Own the end-to-end design of monday’s mobile experience, from research and strategy to final execution

  • Reimagine and improve how managers use monday on mobile: dashboards, workflows, and quick decision-making tools

  • Identify and leverage AI opportunities in mobile, designing new experiences that make work faster, smarter, and more intuitive

  • Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and cross-platform designers to ensure a seamless multi-device experience

  • Partner with the mobile platform team to influence foundations, align standards, and co-create best practices

  • Establish mobile design standards and patterns, contributing to our design system with a mobile-first perspective

  • Validate designs through user research, prototyping, A/B testing, and live results

  • Act as a mobile design ambassador within the company, mentoring peers and driving innovation in the mobile space

  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products, with at least 3+ years focused on native mobile app design (iOS & Android)

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating system-level thinking, polished UI, and end-to-end mobile product design

  • Proven ability to design for executive/manager personas, with workflows that support quick, high-impact decisions

  • Track record of rethinking and transforming existing experiences, not just incremental improvements

  • Deep understanding of mobile guidelines, accessibility, and platform-specific interactions

  • Strong experience collaborating closely with R&D teams and working across dynamic, cross-functional groups

  • Ability to validate and iterate designs through research, experimentation, and live usage data

  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive, low-ego attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience designing AI-powered mobile features
  • Familiarity with cross-platform collaboration (web + mobile ecosystems)
