What are we looking for?

Sentinel One is advancing the cybersecurity landscape by empowering administrators, analysts, and security experts with cutting-edge technology. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of Prompt Security and our AI security platform.

This role goes beyond execution - you will have a meaningful impact on product direction, user experience, and the evolution of our offerings. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand user needs and translate them into elegant, effective design solutions. The ideal candidate is highly user-centric, passionate about exceptional design, and equally strong in hands-on execution and strategic design thinking.

What will you do?

• Gain deep insights into customer needs and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly designs

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions

• Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, prototypes, and other design deliverables that translate complex workflows into intuitive experiences

• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and deliver high-quality UI and UX at scale

• Continuously refine and iterate designs based on user feedback, research, and data

• Engage directly with customers through regular meetings to understand their challenges and validate design solutions

• Advocate for and help foster a strong design culture within the company

What experience or knowledge should you bring?

• 5+ years of experience in product design or UX within cross-functional organizations

• Proficiency and mastery of Figma, including the creation of interactive prototypes

• A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and high-quality execution

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale

• Understanding of technical constraints and platform considerations to deliver feasible, high-quality designs

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on creating impactful, user-centered solutions

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

• Study Funds- Sentinel One contributes 7.5% over your base salary (no tax ceiling is applied), and employees contribute 2.5% of their base salary
