We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager – Launch Readiness (Measurement) to join the Global Measurement and Insights (GMI) team. This role will lead cross-functional programs that ensure measurement products and capabilities are delivered with excellence, reliability, and scale. This role sits within GMI and partners closely with Measurement Leads and Analytical Leads to operationalize advanced measurement solutions across attribution, incrementality, experimentation, analytics, and identity infrastructure. You will drive product launch execution for high-priority measurement initiatives across attribution, incrementality, analytics, experimentation, and identity infrastructure — ensuring these systems are robust, integrated, and market-ready.
In this role you will partner deeply with Engineering, Product, Data Science, UX, TPMs, Go-to-Market teams, and key stakeholders to operationalize measurement capabilities from pre-launch through broad rollout.
As Principal TPM – Launch Readiness (Measurement), you will:
- Shape how measurement products are delivered, validated, and launched with confidence across the Microsoft Ads ecosystem.
- Ensure measurement systems are robust, scalable, and ready to drive advertiser insights and business impact.
- Be instrumental in raising the bar for launch excellence and technical readiness across complex measurement initiatives.

- Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end launch readiness for measurement systems and components, ensuring operational readiness, performance, reliability, and cross-product integration.
- Develop and drive launch plans, including release criteria, cross-org checkpoints, launch playbooks, risk mitigation strategies, and post-launch support plans.
- Align engineering, product, data science, privacy, and TPM stakeholders on scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and launch requirements.
- Partner deeply with Measurement Leads and Analytical Leads within GMI to define measurement requirements, validation rigor, success metrics, and readiness standards.
- Surface and resolve cross-team technical and integration challenges that impact launch quality, timelines, or measurement validity.
- Translate complex measurement requirements into technical delivery milestones and readiness criteria.
- Drive clarity on measurement telemetry, instrumentation, validation rigor, performance thresholds, and data quality expectations.
- Serve as the central point of accountability across readiness forums, executive reviews, and cross-org checkpoints.
- Communicate program status, risks, tradeoffs, and launch decisions clearly to senior leadership and partner teams.
- Define and scale best practices for launch readiness across measurement programs, including tooling, dashboards, preparedness reviews, and playbooks.
- Incorporate data-driven retrospectives to improve future readiness cycles and execution reliability.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept to launch at scale.
- Solid technical fluency with data systems, analytics, measurement frameworks, and distributed engineering delivery.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, drive clarity, and balance tactical execution with strategic alignment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in advertising measurement, analytics platforms, identity resolution, or martech measurement systems.
- Track record of leading launch readiness programs that span multiple orgs and products, with solid stakeholder influence and delivery ownership.
- Experience partnering with product, engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to operationalize measurement capabilities.
- Solid ability to define forward-looking readiness criteria for instrumentation, data quality, performance monitoring, and validation workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and cross-org audiences.
