The Agent 365 Tools Team builds the tooling, infrastructure, and evaluation systems that empower agents to perform reliably at scale.

We are looking for a **Senior Software Engineer **to join our team to develop modern, high‑scale, and inclusive end‑to‑end experiences that empower agent admins to govern security, policy and tools effectively. In this position, you’ll work across the stack with a balanced focus on frontend and backend development. You’ll design, build, and operate features that power Agent 365 security, policies and tools. Your work will shape how agents can operate security in enterprise environments with AI‑driven tools, enabling intelligent workflows, actionable insights, and seamless integrations at scale.

• Responsibilities- Design and Build Scalable AI Infrastructure.
• Design and build E2E solutions for Agent Security, Policies and Tool Governance.
• Develop Experimentation and Evaluation Frameworks.
• Analyze experimentation scorecards.
• Collaborates closely with Product Managers to help them define datasets for scenarios and helps analyze experimentation scorecards.
• Leads data acquisition efforts and ensures data is properly formatted and accurately described.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or PythonOR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:-Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred qualification:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or PythonOR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• OR equivalent experience.

Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
