Overview
Microsoft is delivering AI for all with Microsoft 365 Copilot, your new AI assistant. You will work directly with enterprise customers to help them unlock the value of AI across their organization, along with the entire Microsoft 365 platform. In the International Customer Success Unit in India Downstream, we are looking for passionate, experienced, and credible Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with a drive for developing and winning strategic opportunities that deliver end-to-end AI Business Solutions thought leadership driving significant customer value and enabling transformational customer outcomes, with a specific focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Low Code No Code, 1P Agents etc
Role Overview:
As an AI Business Solutions (ABS) Cloud Solution Architect, you will be the technical leader driving end‑to‑end AI transformation for enterprise customers. This role blends deep cloud architecture expertise with modern AI capabilities across M365 Copilot,Agentic AI,Copilot Studio,Power Platform, and Secure AI Assessments.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to Cx Os, ITDMs, BDMs, and cross‑functional Microsoft teams — leading envisioning, technical strategy, solution design, implementation guidance, and value realization motions. This role requires strong technical depth, executive presence, outstanding communication, and exceptional stakeholder management.
Responsibilities1. Lead AI‑Driven Customer Transformations
- Architect and land solutions across M365 Copilot, Teams extensibility, Graph API, semantic search, and enterprise AI workloads.
- Shape and deploy Agentic AI scenarios, including orchestration flows, connectors, grounding strategies, and retrieval patterns.
- Bring technical clarity and alignment across diverse customer stakeholder groups.

Technical Solution Architecture & Delivery:
- Lead customer-facing technical conversations to help organizations realize outcomes from Microsoft 365 and Azure investments.
- Deliver design-thinking workshops, demos, conceptual architecture, and deployment guidance to accelerate AI and cloud adoption.
- Build scalable architectures, security models, integration patterns, and data flow designs tailored to customer environments.

Value Realization & Adoption Acceleration:
- Partner with CSAMs to drive PACV, MAU, DPU, and overall workload adoption.
- Guide customers through the VBD journey across Discovery → Plan & Design → Implement → Optimize phases.
- Identify technical blockers and coordinate resolution across engineering and partner teams.
4. Security, Compliance & Responsible AI
- Lead Secure AI Assessments to evaluate governance, data security, risk posture, and Responsible AI maturity.
- Provide architectural recommendations for secure, compliant, and scalable deployment of Copilot, LCNC apps, and AI workflows.
5. Low‑Code/No‑Code Innovation
- Architect and guide secure, scalable LCNC solutions using Power Platform to complement Copilot and AI scenarios.
- Coach customer fusion teams to build enterprise-ready copilots, agents, and workflow-driven solutions.
6. Field Leadership, Community & Skilling
- Build and share reusable IP, architecture patterns, and internal best practices.
- Support field skilling and technical enablement aligned with global CSA frameworks.
- Maintain high technical currency and demonstrate a continuous learning mindset.
- Carry a strong seller mindset — proactively identifying value opportunities, influencing customer outcomes, and driving adoption‑led growth motions.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent; strong customer obsession and passion for technology.
- 5–10 years of experience in cloud architecture, application development, or M365/Azure solutioning.
- Mandatory: Deep, hands‑on expertise with Copilot Studio, including building copilots, custom actions, orchestration flows, connectors, grounding strategies, and enterprise deployment patterns.
- Strong experience with M365 workloads, Graph API, Teams/Share Point extensibility, search indexing, and Copilot‑related technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to design secure, scalable enterprise cloud and AI architectures.
- Mandatory: Strong stakeholder management skills — ability to influence, align, and drive clarity across C‑suite, IT, business teams, and engineering stakeholders.
- Mandatory: Excellent communication skills — ability to simplify complexity, present to executives, facilitate workshops, and articulate technical concepts to varied audiences.
Preferred
- 4–10 years of customer-facing architecture or consulting experience in large enterprise accounts.
- Experience with governance frameworks, journey mapping, business process transformation, and change management.
- Certifications: Azure Fundamentals, M365, Power Platform, or AI specialization and compete.
- Experience designing LCNC and AI integration pipelines, orchestrations, and extensibility patterns.
