Overview:
The Vice President of Solutions Architecture for LATAM will lead our senior Technical and Enterprise Architecture team in shaping the strategic technical vision for our key customers. This role is crucial in fostering the transformation towards AI across diverse industries, ensuring that we deliver significant business value and drive major deals and strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the LATAM leadership team, including the Architecture Global community and Sales organizations, to translate growth plans into actionable strategies that emphasize Salesforce’s transformative value proposition.

Architectural Excellence: Establish and scale expertise in cloud, platform, and industry architecture, guiding the team in designing and implementing complex, multi-cloud enterprise solutions that align with customer success.

Partnership Development: Work closely with sales and distribution leadership to facilitate customer transformation by providing strategic counsel and technical expertise on enterprise architecture, system integration, and long-term value adoption.

Team Development: Build and manage a diverse, multi-disciplinary team of Solutions Architects. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to address varying customer needs.

Innovative Solutions: Create and contribute to architectural blueprints, methodologies and go-to-market strategies that drive competitive advantage.

Governance and Productivity: Scale organizational programs that enhance architectural governance, boost productivity, and promote cross-functional collaboration.

Sales Ecosystem Engagement: Deeply understand the sales ecosystem to develop and execute technical strategies that drive revenue growth while ensuring team development and performance.
Profile:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading large-scale digital transformation and enterprise architecture initiatives across diverse industries, demonstrating expertise in executing complex and agile solutions.
You possess exceptional leadership, strategic, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to establish C-level connections and influence customers' transformation agendas. You are adept at anticipating organizational and technical impacts stemming from architectural decisions.
Qualifications:

Extensive experience in digital transformation and enterprise architecture, with a focus on LATAM markets.

Proven success in managing high-performing architectural organizations and driving continuous improvement.

Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with engineering and product teams.

C-level relationships as a trusted technology and architecture advisor.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, AI Governance frameworks and a transformative leadership approach that integrates design thinking and human-centered principles.

Proven ability to mentor and inspire technical teams while reshaping them to meet evolving business needs.

Strong understanding of CRM, Data, AI, and their related business benefits.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a significant advantage.
