The Developer Division under CoreAI - Platform and Tools organization at Microsoft India Development Center (IDC) is looking for a seasoned product manager to help create and ship exciting services aimed at developers, quality assurance engineers, DevOps engineers, and site reliability engineers. Our division's mission is to empower developers and their teams to achieve more. We want to make Azure the cloud of choice for any developer building any app on any platform. We ship popular developer facing services in Azure, such as Azure Load Testing, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Cache for Redis, etc. Key areas of our investments include incubation of new services in the fast-growing cloud-native testing space.

Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
- Engage closely with customers and translate their unarticulated and unmet needs into actionable requirements.
- Partner closely with various stakeholders to design solutions rapidly through experimentation and direct customer validation.
- Analyze competition and market trends to build a coherent strategy for growing the business.
- Define the success metrics, communicate them clearly, measure them and use them to iteratively improve the services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build the go-to-market strategy and drive adoption.
- Create quality customer-facing product documentation, tutorials, and usage examples.

Qualifications- 6+ years of experience in program management or product management shipping enterprise products in the software industry. Experience building large scale cloud services is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or similar discipline, or equivalent industry experience. An MBA is a bonus.

Experience working on developer tools and engaging with developer communities. If you are hands on and write code to build and tinker, that is a bonus.

Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for solving complex business problems.

Working knowledge of performing market analysis, competitive teardowns, and customer research to validate project priorities and direction.
