Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to own competitive positioning, products demos, and IT Decision Maker (ITDM) readiness for Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
You will shape how Microsoft tells the technical story of agentic Customer Experience, clearly articulating why our platform wins from an IT leader’s lens across security, governance, scalability and manageability.
This role sits at the intersection of compete, demos, engineering, and go-to-market, turning complex AI and systems concepts into credible, persuasive technical narratives that accelerate adoption and trust.

This role provides the technical backbone of Microsoft’s agentic CX marketing—owning how we differentiate, demo, and win IT decision makers in an increasingly competitive market.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Compete & ITDM Positioning:

Own competitive analysis across CRM/CX platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Hub Spot), with a focus on technical differentiation with agents.

Define and evolve ITDM-focused positioning, highlighting Microsoft’s advantages in security, governance, compliance, scalability, and operational control.

Develop IT-ready enablement assets (battlecards, technical narratives, solution briefs, readiness content)
-
Influence roadmap and messaging by bringing competitive insights, customer signals, and field feedback into product and GTM planning.
Demo Strategy & Technical Storytelling:

Own end-to-end demo development: scenario design, scripting, environment setup, and narrative flow.

Build high-impact demos that showcase agentic CX capabilities, real-world workflows, and differentiated technical value.

Partner closely with engineering, Demo CoE, and early customers to ensure demos reflect real product depth and credible customer outcomes.

Tailor demos for sales teams, executives, analysts, events, and customer briefings.

Strengthen Microsoft’s reputation as the trusted, enterprise-grade platform for agent-led Sales and Service.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications

Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
-
OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
-
OR equivalent experience.
Preferred
-
Experience in CRM / CX / Customer Service platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Zendesk, Hub Spot, etc.)
-
Experience marketing AI-driven or agentic products
-
Hands-on familiarity with demo and enablement tools (Demo Hub, Reprise, Regale, MDX/CDX, Frame.io, etc.)

Experience presenting to IT leaders, executives, customers, or analysts
-
Experience owning competitive positioning and technical demos
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
