Overview
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing high‑impact strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires an individual with a solid analytical and entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record in KPI‑driven growth marketing utilizing a modern‑day Mar Tech stack. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, customer journey design, and experimentation, with a focus on data‑driven insights to drive campaign optimizations and efficiencies.

Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50- mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
- Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth across the entire customer funnel from acquisition, engagement, to retention.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to establish key growth metrics and identify optimization opportunities to continually improve performance.
- Establish principles for measuring Return on Investment (ROI), setting payback periods, and strategies to grow the business profitably.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve the performance of (but not limited to) creative, targeting, landing pages, and onboarding.
- Perform sophisticated user segmentation to improve conversion through tailored targeting and personalized customer journeys.
- Collaborate, influence, and partner with executive leadership, product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and apply this knowledge to drive innovation, including leveraging AI to improve customer experiences and internal workflows, and continually seeking and implementing operational improvements to increase the efficiency of processes, tooling, and communications within the team.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experienceOR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experienceOR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of prior experience in a role partnering closely or sharing goals with sales, product, or engineering teams.
- 3+ years of experience using data analysis or business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to inform strategic decisions or optimize business processes, with a proven track record of applying data to drive measurable outcomes.
- 3+ years of experience owning a growth channel such as email, paid, experimentation, incentives, etc.
- Hands‑on experience directly growing and platforming an ad tech product.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sophisticated attribution methodologies such as multi‑touch attribution and media‑mix models.
- Proficiency in SQL to write queries for data pulling and analysis.
- Experience utilizing Marketing Technology, i.e., Adobe, Dynamics Customer Insights (DCI) Data and Journeys, or other Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and CRMs.
- Deep understanding of ad platforms and/or B2B marketing.

Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
