If you're collaborative, analytical and eager to deliver impact, we have an exciting opportunity for you in Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) Finance!
As part of the MCAPS Core Central Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, you will take the lead on revenue analysis, extract actionable insights, and analyze compete data across all regions. You'll also gather competitive deal insights and business health metrics, providing critical context on how we perform. Additionally, you will own high-visibility deliverables and collaborate with MCAPS Field finance teammates, ensuring executives have the information they need to guide decisions. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your network, gain end-to-end commercial business expertise, and develop strategic business acumen, all while driving insights that shape Microsoft's financial strategy at a global level.

Responsibilities:

Drive revenue analysis across all MCAPS regions and extract actionable business insights that enable timely, data-driven leadership decisions.

Gather and synthesize deal insights and global market share trends to contextualize Microsoft's performance across segments and versus peers.

Collaborate across teams to strengthen understanding of regional commercial performance, track quarter-end landing estimates and consolidate risks and opportunities analysis.

Support quarter-end deal execution by working with regional leads to prioritize and track top deals, ensuring visibility into key revenue-driving opportunities.

Contribute to MCAPS ARR analytics, analyzing and distilling insights.
Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- This role follows a hybrid work model and is based in Redmond, Washington OR Atlanta, Georgia. Employees are expected to work on-site in Redmond OR Atlanta on a regular, recurring basis in alignment with business and team needs.
Additional or preferred qualifications

Experience developing complex financial models and translating analytical insights into actionable strategies

Demonstrating executive presence and the ability to effectively communicate complex data and insights

Proven track record of continuous process improvement and driving operational excellence

Proven track record of managing multiple projects/workstreams in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.
