Overview The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy into a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. We sit at the centre of transformation—connecting cross-Region, cross-Area and cross-Subsidiary insight to execution excellence. In this pivotal moment for AI and Agents, our team accelerates strategy to action, enabling Microsoft to deliver meaningful business impact at scale with speed and clarity.
As the Solution Play Go To Market (GTM) Manager for AI Business Process in Asia, you will combine strategic leadership with strong execution to drive impact at the forefront of Microsoft’s next wave of growth. You will accelerate revenue, boost field agility, and empower sellers by collaborating with key leaders across Asia—including sales, marketing, consulting, customer success, and partner teams—to drive a unified One-Microsoft motion. With the rapid rise of Agents reshaping how businesses operate, you will lead cross-solution alignment, optimise pipelines, drive readiness, and harness insights to drive confident, data-led decision-making across the region.
You will be responsible for designing, operationalising, and managing strategic programs for the Low Code and Agents solution play. This is a uniquely cross-functional role that directly influences growth, revenue, and shared outcomes tied to Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions priorities. You will partner deeply with global stakeholders to shape and land high-impact programs—especially as Agents unlock new customer opportunities and redefine how organisations transform with AI.

Responsibilities- You will collaborate with Areas to drive GTM for aligned Solution Play, identifying growth opportunities in the market and build clear execution plans and align, influence and coach field teams, sales operations, marketing plans, business rhythms and change management to convert strategic priorities into local execution across Microsoft core teams to bring the voice of field and co-design strategy and programs

You will activate sales in collaboration with Area Activation GTM Managers by championing your solution play and leverage connected sales and marketing execution to maximize performance and share

You will collaborate with the Partner Team for local partner-led marketing strategies and demand generation that support solution play performance and champion Microsoft strategy and Solution Areas and builds industry presence

You will be responsible for Product Leadership andadvocate as the voice of the Customer, Partners and Field to provide thought leadership on competitive landscape, solution area gaps, sales trends, etc. to drive improvements on the GTM plan and grow organization capability to drive true insights, learnings and blockers for leaders, managers and sellers

You will deliver insights, drive return on investment grounded on data and market intelligence

Qualifications Required (RQs)
- 8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales or related work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- 12+ years experience marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.
