In the Digital Sales Enterprise Security Specialist team, we are looking for a passionate, experienced, and credible sales professional with a passion for enhancing the security capabilities of the world’s leading enterprise organizations to join our global team of Digital Security Specialists.

We are looking for an Enterprise Digital Specialist, specializing in Security solutions, you will work with our most important customers within our enterprise organization. You will drive the day-to-day execution of Microsoft's strategic business priorities – selling best-in-class cloud services and platforms to our managed customers and building digital transformation momentum for our customers, partners, and Microsoft.

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.
Responsibilities:
As a Digital Security Specialist, you’ll work with customers to identify their cybersecurity needs and recommend suitable Microsoft solutions. You’ll collaborate with various customer groups to enhance their security through digital transformation strategies. Leading customer conversations, you’ll coordinate with internal teams and partners to maximize security opportunities.
Sales Excellence: Leads and plans for named accounts in the assigned territory, proactively builds an external stakeholder mapping to accelerate the closing of deals. Performs business analysis to pursue high-potential customers and manage the end-to-end Security business across the assigned territory by driving consumption and licensing transactions to grow business within assigned territory.
Scaling and Collaboration: Collaborates on the planning, orchestration, and execution on Security opportunities with virtual teams made up of internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell.
Industry Awareness: Initiates and leads Security conversations, shares best practices, key competitor knowledge and customer insights across solution areas to elevate team capabilities and make recommendations on pursuit or withdrawal.
Sales Execution: Drives new sales and new customer engagements using innovative approaches, leveraging digital signals, partnership events, social selling (LinkedIn) and networking opportunities.
Learning: Completes required training and obtain relevant security expertise and certifications aligned to the role.
Qualifications Required qualifications:
-Language fluency in Japanese
-7+ years sales and negotiation experience
--OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 4+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience
--OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) is required
--OR equivalent experience
At least 1 year of experience selling to or consulting with security technology solutions.
Fundamental understanding of security threats, solutions, security tools, and network technologiesA desire to learn, grow, and drive change.
Preferred qualifications
-Operational and sales excellence discipline, including planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder communication, services/partner engagement and sales excellence practices including pipeline and opportunity management.
-Fluency in English
