Project Tittle: Report Automation using AI or Power BIDescription: Cost Tracking report- Weekly spending trend Vs budget

- Analysis by cost category

- Monthly spending trend Vs budget and reconciliation between 2 different systems , identify missing CC and GL

- Consolidate close, budget and  site reportings

Scope:

• Finance and IT

Supporting Team:

• IT, AI, Finance /Acct, Operation team

Deliverables:

• Able to automate the Weekly spending and analysis by first 3 months

• Able to automate reconciliation between diff financial system by Month 5

• Able to learn SAP, SAPC

Stretch Goal:

• Able to support on consolidated close and budget slide for Corporate reporting

• Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting /Finance, preferably with IT Minor

• Certificates or major in IT and automation courses

• Preferably 6 months of internship
