Job Description:

Independently perform chemical laboratory testing and analysis. This role requires a solid understanding of chemical properties and the ability to apply that knowledge to data interpretation, abnormal analysis, and process optimization. The position requires flexibility to work in a shift-based schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform chemical analysis and laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures.
Conduct data verification and reasonableness checks to ensure result accuracy.
Support the organization and reporting of abnormal data.
During shift duty, ensure all operations comply with required standards and act as an engineer capable of independent technical judgment.
Independently execute chemical analysis and testing activities.
Apply chemical principles to interpret data reasonableness and trend behavior.
Perform initial technical analysis and root cause investigation for abnormal results.
Apply chemical knowledge to improve processes and experimental conditions.
Prepare, review, and continuously improve SOPs and work instructions (WI).

Expected Chemical Competency:

Demonstrate a strong understanding of chemical properties and their impact on measurement results, with the ability to practically apply this knowledge to analysis, judgment, and process improvement.

Role Definition:

Capable of independently analyzing and judging technical issues, and translating chemical expertise into quality enhancement and process optimization.
