Equipment Technicians are responsible for monitoring, sustaining, and improving the equipment in their assigned area, while working in partnership with Shift Operations team members, area equipment engineers and tool vendors. Equipment Technicians monitor tool performance, schedule and perform preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets, and use mechanical, electronic and PC/software skills to repair equipment issues.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Operate, maintain, and output data from equipment such as IC, GC, and ICP-MS.
• Conduct abnormal analysis and reaction tracing.

Qualifications:

• Preferred background in Chemistry, Chemical Industry, or Chemical Engineering (not mandatory).
• Higher vocational education or above is a significant advantage.
• Ability to wear PPE and work in a cleanroom (Chemical Lab) environment.
• Availability to support day/night shifts and maintain regular attendance.
• Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Patient, well-communicated, and proactive with a strong teamwork ethic.
