As a Supply Chain Business Process Analyst (BPA) at Micron Technology, you will work with process sponsors, owners, stewards, and partners in Global Supply Chain. Your role is to manage, improve, and support the process and its activities. You will also contribute to Micron and Supply Chain central initiatives that improve efficiency. A major area of focus for this role will be to develop and implement processes and procedures for complex, Micron-wide business planning analyses and decisions. The BPA will assist the process owners to form appropriate process metrics and develop performance gap solutions through problem solving initiatives.
The ideal candidate can additionally provide Organizational Change Manager (OCM) support for Global Supply Chain. You will play a key role in supporting Micron’s efforts to incorporate OCM best known methods into the organization. You will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, job roles, systems and technologies, and organization structures as they relate to the work of the GSC Portfolio Management Office.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement complex business processes improvement initiatives.
-
Support internal and external audits of Supply Chain processes to ensure compliance to IATF standards and internal quality standards.

Act as the process subject matter expert, supporting project and functional managers in all phases of projects
-
Mentor and instruct others on process methodology and best-known methods
-
Promote a process driven organization and drive positive change through process rigor, alignment, and governance
-
Identify and assess process, organizational structure, and business strategies to proactively drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness
-
Develop strong Micron Supply Chain domain knowledge and influence the direction and design of processes to mature the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
-
8+ years of business process management experience, including organizing and leading process change efforts across large global teams. Proven track record of successful process implementation and improvement with data to quantify impact.

Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with individuals at all levels within the organization.

Solid understanding of business processes across the industry, and a history of success.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Certifications in Supply Chain Management, Program Management (CAPM or PMP) and Change Management (PROSCI).

Experience in the semiconductor industry, and familiarity with Global Supply Chain guidelines.

Experience with ISO 9000 and IATF requirements.
