Responsibilities
- Ensure EHS is maintained throughout the work place
- Drive benchmarking OMT way or working and tool performance.
- Influence / propose best future tool selection/configuration.
- Maintain tool matching from installation till whole tool life time
- Strengthen tool defense line to sustain high quality output
- Maintain or make better WPD performance than the target
- Work with OTC BKM execution and cost reduction.
- Arrange resource between Taoyuan and Taichung site to maximize total capacity and efficiency.
- improve tool alarm rate and bypass rate.
- Drive OMT site to ensure alignment on strategy and roadmap to achieve site objectives; ensure strategy and roadmap are aligned to improvement in big rock performance and ensure equipment roadmap is defined to meet those requirements;
- Interface with strategic suppliers to ensure priorities are aligned to operations objectives and area(s) strategy/roadmap. Leverage suppliers as resources for Operations.
- Deliver industry benchmark methods at the lowest cost in responsible area.
- Execute OMT quarterly internal benchmarking to identify gaps in performance. Prioritize those gaps to meet OMT and corporate business plan needs, and focus resources (internally across network and/or externally with Suppliers) to close the gaps.
Experience
- Confirmed experience in equipment field.
- Management/Leadership at or above M2 level, or FE GJS and higher is preferred in equipment area.
- Current or previous Manager M2 or FE (or above) experience in area.
Qualifications
- Applicants must have a confirmed ability to collaborate globally and influence by indirect leadership in order to drive resourcing to critical projects across Micron.
- Applicants must have a confirmed capability in dealing with complexity and an ability to apply resources effectively to bring clarity to required actions.
- Applicants must hold a record of performance excellence for current area of responsibility; and are recognized as having demonstrated successful leadership characteristics both in present and past jobs.
- Applicants are viewed by current reports as an excellent mentor, team builder and motivator.
- Applicants must have demonstrated the ability to solve problems across multi-functional groups, both within and outside their department/Site.
- Applicants must have experience handling large, multi-layer groups that encompass a variety of fields.
- Applicants must have proficiency in handling through systems, informing, organizational agility, dealing with ambiguity, and listening. They must show that they are a champion of Micron Behaviors and skills you'll use everyday.
