Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with FAB PI/Process Engineering/ME teams to ensure critical product achievements are reached.
• Drive fab quality improvements to improve repair density and product grade yield.
• Work with Product Engineering (PE) for downgrade strategy optimization.
• Monitor and drive fab efforts to identify probe indicators for process improvements.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure flawless product performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar area, with equivalent experience considered.
• Proven experience in product quality assurance within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Engineering or a similar area, or relevant experience equating to this level of education.
• Experience with fab processes and quality improvement methodologies.
• Competence in applying statistical analysis software for quality monitoring.
• Demonstrated success in managing and leading cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of industry standards and guidelines for semiconductor manufacturing.
